1. What types of services does tourNall.com provide?

www.tourNall.com is a global travel related product and hotel network. We provide powerful web-based booking service. It offers real-time travel online booking, saves and discounts on bookings and search for cheap hotels and budget rates on hotels as well.

2. How do you know if travel products are available or not?

www.tourNall.com developed PMS (Product Management System) which is built to communicate with travel product providers in real time. Travel Company and Hotels affiliated worldwide log on to their management system in real time and manage prices, room availabilities and bookings in real time.

3. How much does it cost to book online and how do you pay for the rest of payment?

From 10 to 40 % of the total price will be charged on your credit card when you make a booking through on-line. Deposit is required based on the price listed and individual policy of tour Company. This deposit will be subtracted from the full amount of rates upon payment of balance due. The rest of payment can be made by credit card or traveler’s check or cash. If any tour company has their own terms of payment policy, the payment will be made accordingly as described on web page.

4. Do I need to have a credit card?

Yes, you do. You will need a credit card to pay for deposit. If you use someone else's credit card, you can still pay for the deposit. However, you need a different form of payment on the rest of charge at the departure location.

5. Which credit / debit cards can I use to make payment?

We currently accept Visa, Master card, American Express, Most of debit cards may be used if they contain a Visa logo or Master logo facility.

6. What currency will I pay in?

You have the option before searching availability to see our prices in any type of currency. If you do not select specific currency you will see the price with local currency. For example, if you are searching tours in Paris France, you will see the price with EURO. When you make a reservation we will charge down payment as a deposit with USA Dollars on your credit card.

7. How do I cancel my reservation or make any changes to it?

If you need to cancel your reservation, you must first log in and go to "My Bookings". On my bookings page, click book reference number to see detailed booking information. On the bottom of the screen, you will find "Cancel Booking" and click on it. We strongly recommend that you send E-mail or contact through phone to tour reservation department regarding your cancellation. Each company has different policy. Please make sure you understand travel company cancellation policy so that you will not be charged for anything that you didn't expect to.

8. Do I have to re-confirm my booking?

No. Once your booking is made with us, the hotel and travel company receives your details automatically. Your online booking is stored in our system and you can always check out your bookings by going to "My Bookings" or reviewing E-mails sent to you.

9. What is booking fee?

We are the real time online booking service provider. To provide the secured, safe and guaranteed bookings, non-refundable booking fee applies to each booking.

10. Are booking fee and deposit refundable?

A deposit for booking is required based on the price listed on our website. If you cancel your booking, booking fee and deposit are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that your travel schedule is final.

11. What documentation will I receive after making my booking?

Immediately after booking you will receive an email from us confirming booking details and giving you the link to your voucher. Simply print out the voucher and give it to the travel company or hotel reception on arrival to prove you've booked and paid through www.tourNall.com. If you don’t have voucher or printed E-mail, give the booking reference number and your name.

12. What happens if I don't show up at the hotel without cancelling the booking?

It is the best that you contact the tour Company or hotel when you need to cancel your booking. In the event of no-show without cancellation, they have the right to charge remaining balance based on their own terms of payment policy, accordingly as described on web page.
